Woozalia Ren Faire: Building the Kingdom
OMG! Welcome to my newest passion project for the Royal Woozalia Resort!
At the end of August, we are stepping back in time and transforming the grounds for our very first Woozalia Ren Faire! I am so excited for the festivities, but I'm going to need your help getting everything set up.
Before we can open the gates, we are looking for the most talented architects to build the Faire's grounds and the most brilliant artists to design profile themes for the market. Starting today, I've opened two special contests in the Adventure Agency.
Contest 1: Build the Faire UnitZ (With a Wired Activity Bonus!)
I need you to construct the official grounds for the Renaissance Faire! I'm looking for beautifully designed UnitZ that perfectly capture the era. You could build a bustling medieval village, a cozy tavern, a grand outdoor theatre, an alchemist's shop, or a royal courtyard. Whatever you think the Faire needs!
The Wired Bonus: Want to earn bigger rewards? Add a functional, self-hosted activity to your UnitZ using Wired! We are looking for mini-games that are fast, fun, and completely automatic so they can run 24/7. Think of an Obstacle Course Joust, a Knight Duel, Dragon vs. Sheep, or a Regency Dance game.
You may enter as many UnitZ as you wish. I will pick as many as I see fit per server. You can also work in a team of 2 or 3; the rewards will be split among the members of your team!
The Rewards:
Winning UnitZ will be featured as official Woozalia Faire attractions across all servers.
- Base Reward (UnitZ Design): 10,000 Wooz and 100,000 Beex per winning UnitZ!
- Wired Reward (UnitZ Design + Self-Hosted Game): 20,000 Wooz and 200,000 Beex per winning UnitZ!
Contest 2: Profile Theme Design
I also need beautiful, Renaissance-inspired profile themes to fill our marketplace. The winning designs will become the actual items our guests can craft during the Faire!
Think Royal Heraldry, Alchemist Parchment, Bardic Music, or Enchanted Forests. Original Art Only! Your design can be digital or hand-drawn. No AI and no stock images. Keep your design strictly within a 600x600 px square. Elements extending outside the borders will not be accepted. You may enter as many profiles as you wish, and I will pick as many as I see fit per server.
The Rewards:
Winning themes will be available for all Woozens to craft on all servers.
- Winners receive 5,000 Wooz and their winning Profile Theme to keep.
You have from today, Tuesday, August 18th, until Tuesday, August 25th at 10 AM to submit your work. I absolutely can't wait to see what you create. Let's build something legendary together!
