Jurassic Insect Invasion

Hiya Woozens!

Ranger Tom here. I reckon you've heard about the strange insects at Dino Crossing and the unfortunate cancellation of the Park Ranger Program.

Well, we weren't quite sure what was going on at first, but now we realize: this is definitely an invasion. The buggers are attacking our eggs (especially the Giant Egg) and we just can't have that. By my estimation, these insects are man-made and they contain a poison I've never encountered before. Weird thing is, the poison only seems to affect dinosaurs. Now I'm not too sure if we've been sabotaged like Isabelle seems to think, but I do know one thing: we've got to stop these bugs.

Now, I know you're not technically a Ranger anymore, but you've already done your training and all, so I think you're more than capable of helping us out of this predicament. If you want to, I mean.

Our approach isn't quite what you'd call sophisticated, but we don't have time to dilly-dally with some fancy new technique and our way works. See, what you do is you grab a flip-flop and you just kinda whack those buggers. That's it. It's simple, cheap and highly effective. If we all work together, I know we can defeat these insects.

You keep an eye on your Quest Journal and soon enough, you'll hear from me and I'll get you your flip-flop.

In the meantime, I'm gonna do some investigating of my own because, as far as I see it, something just isn't adding up here.

Thanks in advance and good luck,

Ranger Tom
