The process is as easy and secure as subscribing or re-subscribing. Just go to the Parent Zone and click on the “Manage my account” tab and then on the “Manage my subscription” tab, then on the “Cancel my Subscription” and finally on the Confirm button. Your username is your email address. Your password is automatically generated by Woozworld and sent to you right after your subscription. You are free to change it. This password is essential to protect your access to personal pages in the Parent Zone, in which you can manage your account and your subscription.

Yes. Woozworld allows you to create up to 4 different profiles, all accessible from any computer.

To modify a child’s profile, ask your child to enter Woozworld and open his/her personal profile. All the information you are looking for will be there. You can also get all your family’s access codes by using the “I forgot my password” functionality on the welcome screen of the Woozworld environment. To launch the web environment, click here.

Just connect to Woozworld on different computers and enter your username and password, or those of your children. Everyone can use his or her own profiles simultaneously.

Every email sent offers a link you can click to unsubscribe. Click on it to stop receiving emails.

There is no way to delete individual Woozens once they have
been created.
However, if you wish to have your entire Woozworld account (including all profiles) deleted, please send us your request by an electronic communication via the Help section. Please make sure you use the email address you used to access this section, which is associated with your child’s profile. We will be pleased to assist you with this request.
Please be aware that account deletions are permanent and cannot be undone. Characters (Woozens) cannot be restored once deleted. Also, it is very likely that you will not be able to create a new Woozworld account on your system following its deletion from our database.

Your child has a unique username that identifies him or her independently of your family account. Your child’s password is very important to protect his or her profile information. However, if your child does not wish to enter a password at every login, he or her can simply check the “Remember my password” box.
