We are sorry to hear that the security of your account may have been compromised.
Please be aware that we have witnessed no case where a true account hack has occurred. A Woozworld account is stolen when the account login information :
– Is shared with a real life friend.
– Is shared with a friend or scammer within Woozworld.
– Is shared with a scammer on Facebook or other social network.
– Is entered on a website advertising to hand out free items and/or Wooz. Only the website of the Woozworld store at https://store.woozworld.com/ is legitimately affiliated with Woozworld.
– Can be easily guessed.
– Was written in a non-secure location.
Therefore, we strongly recommend choosing a secure and complex password but more importantly, never to share the account login information with anyone, aside from the parent(s), for any reason whatsoever. Members of the Woozband will never ask for account login information.
Lastly, the Woozband will do everything in our power to assist you recover access to your Woozworld account and restore its full security, however we cannot be held responsible for any lost items and/or Wooz. Woozworld account login information confidentiality is the sole responsibility of its owner.
Please take the time to read section 8.7 from our Terms and conditions;
8.7 You may be able to create an account on our Website with an email and password. As for your Woozen, or avatar, PLEASE CHOOSE A USERNAME THAT DOES NOT DISCLOSES YOUR PERSONAL IDENTITY. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account password, and you shall not share your password with anyone else, nor allow others to use your username, password or other account information, except for a parent or guardian. Sharing your password may lead to disappearance of items and Wooz from your account and Woozworld will not refund them. Woozworld can not be held responsible for any loss in your account. Also, asking for password will lead to account termination without any warnings.
**Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the account information was shared willingly. THE WOOZBAND WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD. ANYBODY CLAIMING TO NEED YOUR PASSWORD TO GIVE YOU ITEMS/WOOZ/VIP IS ONLY OUT TO STEAL YOUR ACCOUNT. IF A WOOZEN IS TRYING TO TRICK YOU INTO SHARING YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION, REPORT THEM TO US**
To allow us to assist you in recovering access to your stolen Woozworld account, please submit answers to the following questions through a written request created at http://www.woozworld.com/community/help/.
– What is the e-mail address associated with your Woozworld account?
– What are the names of every Woozen on this account?
– When were these Woozens created?
– When were these Woozens last accessed?
– Was any purchase made for this account in the past? If so, what was it for exactly? Using what e-mail address?
– In which country/state/province did you originally create your Woozworld account?
– Please explain in as much detail as possible the circumstances surrounding the loss of your Woozworld account.
If a Woozen is harassing you, click on the image of the Woozen (or character) to access their profile. The profile window has two icons at the bottom right that let you block and report, respectively, a user.
– If you want to block a Woozen, click the “Block” icon in their profile, you can always unblock later on if you made a mistake.
– If you want to report a Woozen, click the “Report” icon and type in your complaint about the user you selected. We have a team that monitors these complaints and take appropriate action when necessary.
To report an inappropriate Unitz, click the “Report this Unitz” button which you can find on the top-left corner of your screen when standing in the Unitz you find to be inappropriate.
If the harassment/bullying continues, please contact us through our help submission form. In order to investigate the situation, please give us an approximation of the time and date at to which this incident happened, along with the name of the Woozen (if possible) and we will take the necessary actions to resolve the situation.
First of all, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused you.
When making a trade, always double check the items and Wooz placed in the trade window before clicking on “Confirm”.
If something of the kind happens again however and you wish to file a complaint about the player, please do the following :

Report bad behavior
Every Woozen can signal the improper behavior of another Woozen using a simple form available in two different ways:
By clicking on the Profileof the Woozen who is misbehaving. This Profile is accessible by rolling over the avatar of the Woozen.
By clicking the button “Report this Unitz” which can be found in the toolbar in your Woozen’s Unitz.
When reporting a Woozen, make sure to include the most detail possible about the offense so we can well understand the bad behavior.
Important: Don’t make false reports of bad behavior just for fun! Fake reports will be taken seriously and may be punished!
Any Woozen found to behave in an illicit manner and/or found in possession of illicit furniture or clothing will have their Woozworld account banned permanently from Woozworld. Please report illicit behavior to the Woozworld Customer Support and Moderation team. Should you find ways to gain possession of items illicitly, thus create illicit items, please delete the items, report the manner you used to gain access to said items, do not communicate this manner with anyone else and stop using it.
