Your username is your email address.

Your password shouldn’t be too easy to guess, shared with another Woozen or entered in a site promising “free Wooz or free items”.

A password with a minimum of 6 characters of letters and numbers is a great way to ensure it’s security.

Please note that the Woozband will NEVER ask you for your password. Anyway asking for your password is attempting to steal your account. Please report anyone asking for your password.

Why does my child need a password?

Your child has a unique username that identifies him or her independently of your family account. Your child’s password is very important to protect his or her profile information. However, if your child does not wish to enter a password at every login, he or her can simply check the “Remember my password” box.
